1. Half baked product made without nay market research and not willing learn to correct the wrongs even after feedback from the potential Clients. 2. Reporting Manager and Co-Founder treat you horribly, imagine the horrors when both of them are sales professional, have no idea how field sales work and they do not how to handle a remote sales team. It's Nightmare to work under people. 3. Once you Resign, Reporting Manager and Co-Founder stop responding to your calls, messages, WhatsApp and even emails and forget about Full and Final settlement. You will be at the mercy of the company to accept whatever amount they quote you. Which means drastic cuts in your reimbursements and Salary. 4. Horrible company to work for, Where sales head and co founder act like entitled brats with zero knowledge of the market understanding and neither willing to learn. Feels extremely bad for working such an awful company.
