Here, I learned lot of things at Executive level. Even though I got a chance of brief exposure to the Industrial Environments. Learned many things from customer end also how to maintain the good relationship with customer overall a brief exposure. Also experienced uneven situations in company and the most important how to come out of this downfalls. Different kinds of company audits and too much learning from them. So, this all contributes in my future career growth. Also understand-ed the Organisational Behaviour which varies from person to person. Generated many innovated thins for the company through my knowledge & skills. The best part performing as a Leader. Leader leads his team mates for the common goal for the betterment and overall development of an organisation. Over all our plant head is too supportive for all in future studies that's how even I am also doing my Management course at the same time for my future career growth.

Dislikes

Salary/Appraisal, More over far away from my Hometown, also the area is not even under development yet it might take further 10 to 15 years. So, I would rather prefer to relocate too.
