They provide good salaries increments but most of the organisation. Have lady managers they give more priority to lady managers or lady leaders. All the pillars in the organisation are lady managers which is not good to have. No improvement in technology, skills, no. Growth in skills and soft skills and its like startup culture.

Yes we have job Security. Good Compensation like Meal coupons, Term life insurance and free pickup and drop facility to Employee.

Dislikes

Teams are not supportive not all. But, I faced the situation. KT trainings documents are properly stored for reference for new employee. Good Work life balance. not much growth as no new technology are implemented for testing.

Good work culture, as we have all team together so we have great team bonding.

there is no promotions even for employee working for more than 3-4 years, here they don't value your skills and hardly you will get chance to show or upgrade your skills

Ivy was awesome till the mid of 2023. One of the best in terms of culture in Hyderabad region. 2024 beginning onwards, everything changed. It's unrecognizable now.

The Indian Leadership is terrible. People play Game of Thrones every quarter & the only loser here is Organization. The incompetent leadership is surviving on their political motives. Everyone tries to form their own circle just to grab the power & no one wins at the end. For them, organization comes at the last & their own interests are at the pinnacle all the time.
