They provide good salaries increments but most of the organisation. Have lady managers they give more priority to lady managers or lady leaders. All the pillars in the organisation are lady managers which is not good to have. No improvement in technology, skills, no. Growth in skills and soft skills and its like startup culture.

The only thing good is work from home if your manager is good and supportive

They can Layoff people at anytime and at their will , no promotions , Highest Salary Hike is 7% if you are the best performer

Yes we have job Security. Good Compensation like Meal coupons, Term life insurance and free pickup and drop facility to Employee.

Teams are not supportive not all. But, I faced the situation. KT trainings documents are properly stored for reference for new employee. Good Work life balance. not much growth as no new technology are implemented for testing.

Ivy was awesome till the mid of 2023. One of the best in terms of culture in Hyderabad region. 2024 beginning onwards, everything changed. It's unrecognizable now.

Dislikes

The Indian Leadership is terrible. People play Game of Thrones every quarter & the only loser here is Organization. The incompetent leadership is surviving on their political motives. Everyone tries to form their own circle just to grab the power & no one wins at the end. For them, organization comes at the last & their own interests are at the pinnacle all the time.

Micromanagement, no growth due to lots of managerial politics, Everyone saves their jobs and don't even care to help who came new into team. Senior developers only focuses on how to stop others growth instead of working as team. No proper assessment foe those who stayed inside for long time. No skill development still working on legacy technologies. Except cab facility there is no other good thing about the organisation. No job security for recently joined people due to lots of politics and favouritism.
