Salary Expectations

I am a Social Media Specialist with over 4 years of experience and was earning around 4.5 LPA in my previous role. When I joined my current organization, I discovered that my manager, with just 2.5 years of work experience, was earning a compensation of 7.6 -8.2 LPA (approx). This was quite surprising to me, and it made me question the market standards. I am currently looking to switch roles and, based on my research through Glassdoor and other sources, I am expecting a package of 7-8 LPA. However, many HRs I’ve spoken to feel that even 6 LPA is too high. What should be the ideal salary expectation for someone with my experience in the current market?

Office was good healthy and hygiene and good friendly staff

They said me first my office will be at SR nagar but they shifted me to Punjagutta Coming to leaves they don’t give because I faced it personally issue (Mother’s lungs surgery) I called them but they don’t pickup my call for right time so coming to leaves I don’t like their response
