Except for the fact that this hospital was in my home town, there is nothing much to like about this place.

...itute. Don't adhere to the commitments made at the time of joining/appraisal. Don't even pay the salery/proffesional fee on time. Work culture is horrible, pressuried to do unethical practice to fulfill targets. No respect for proffesional collegues.

During this pandemic situation when we were keeping our lives on risk, ivy hospital deducted our money, irregular salary payers, get salary after 4-5 months

very long working hours, salary is a big problem here, no job security at all, the worst hospital to work in Tricity, no career growth, no appraisals, no work ethics, no standards of work, third class.

They supporting alote. In the situation of lock down they give us opportunities to serve patient and in return they give us salary but on the basis of work done by us Overall Ivy is good option for fresher.i learn alote of things for ivy Thanks. 😊

...Top Management is very good & supportive . The issue is with financial security. Being an employee, we pay from our pocket for our accommodation, travelling and other expenses but there is no fixed date to get salary which really affects your expense cycle & hard to manage since u r the only bread earner for yo family. My best wishes to Ivy Group to come out from such situation so that no employee should leave or loose his job
