Instead of fostering a supportive environment, they often belittle employee concerns and dismiss feedback. This creates a culture of fear rather than collaboration. Communication is lacking, and it feels like decisions are made without considering their impact on staff. Overall, the management style undermines morale, making it difficult to thrive in this workplace. I would not recommend this company unless there are significant changes in leadership.
