Now, I’ve been shortlisted for the Product Designer role and have learned from some sources that their maximum budget is 14 LPA. How should I approach the negotiation? I don't refer my friends and others to join in this company.

Dislikes

That company salary date is 15th and more and they can't pay properly. That was worst company I have never seen it. They offered sum of RS 14000k per month at the time of interview but I received only 12000k. The accounts department is very worst one.if you cross question raised they fired your job and not pay salary to you.
