Worrest and unethical company and no system, policies . otherthan lala's and few old staff no one can stlustain over there and fluesh management ,No idea how to run the business. They operating plants like PANMASALA

It's a great place to work. Company provides ample opportunities for the growth of people. There is recognition for the people for their effort s.

Peoples attitude, maturity levels needs to be improved.

Likes

They give the freedom of taking decisions and bringing business to company. People are experienced and very friendly. Learning here depends purely upon our own as no one will guide or train. We have to take the interest and we will be mostly on site and dealing with customer employees. We have to please them and take their help for running our business.

Dislikes

Its not so professional company and we have to wait for our opportunity till it come or we have to continuously raise our concerns or no one will be so professional to recognize us and reward us. Some times chemical manufactured is so worse. We cannot complain that with plant as no one listens and management also supports them.
