1. This organisation in India is a joke in the career level. Every day funny happens on the floor which will make realise that why ? Why I joined this organisation?

Dislikes

...unsafest, Not employee centric. 2. Unbelievable! They donot have HR in India. 3.No fix dates of salary they provide on the the 26th -30th of the month when they fill like doing the payrun cycle. 4. Most unhygienic work place, only one meeting room is there and that too so dirty it gives a sense of puke and whole office has bad odour. Often you will get to see rats running around the floor. 5. No Ac’s are provided in summers, the whole company has 3 table dans 6. If leaves are taken they deduct it from salary no matter how many leaves accumulation are there in the bucket. 7.98% chairs are broken including directors chair 8. Foremost important people who have good knowledge, exposure and skillset in the market never to join this organisation as they are still working in Stone Age methods. They work in Tally ERP and all work are done manually in paper,file folder,total time consuming process. They don’t use MS Teams, Gchat, Zoom ,Slack for the chats instead they still use intercom. 9. Last but least - Every day you will get to see fights , yelling, abusive language used among employees without respecting hierarchy and designations.

Work Culture is good, Facilities provided are good. Management is very supportive

Dislikes

Salary is decent but career growth is slow. There is compulsory 2 years training period which is huge. Proper training is not given to GET.

Flexible timing. Good salary benefits.

Dislikes

Top team not involving in any issues which spoils the company name. No hierarchy maintained. Other dept top team will give unnecessary jobs. Product design failures are too high and management never looks into the issues. unfair decisions will be taken on hard workers.

I like working in ITW mainly because of work life balance. At ITW, tem mates will be cooperative and guide where ever required for us. Seniors are very knowledged in their fields. You will be given opportunities for learning new things but the proposal shall be approved in proper way.

Dislikes

Salary hikes and bonus given to executive cadre will be meagre. Manager category shall be given previleged benefits where as executives will not have even 10 % of them. No job security.

ITW Company is MNC company working culture was very nice till corona lock down all employee was worked as our own company also i have complited 13 year but due some people now company culture is looking LALA company, there is no job security, every day work pressure. If you are south Indian or Brahman cast then you will get proper promotion and job security. otherwise after two year you will be in Red Zone OR demotion.

Company culture and atmosphere.
