HR gives you several promises before joining but once you join they start showing their true colours. Higher authorities prefer persons with no knowledge so that their inefficiency should not be revealed

Salary delay, job insecurity, remote location, no communication, poor infrastructure, no accommodation, higher authorities often misbehaves, very unorganized, toxic work environment, no independence decision.

Let me clear I have joined just to time pass three holidays per month

...thout facilities he impose work pressure and mentally disturb staff unnecessary. Salary is not on time. Politics is from provost office. Don't waste your time in argument with provost. He didn't listen anything positive he forces staff to add his name in research work of staff though his contribution is zero in it.

Nothing to like nothing good to like total poor leadership

Dislikes

A poor and bad leadership, Fake promises, delayed salary, around 15 to 20 days delayed salary, too much work load, leave without pay, no holidays, no vacation working on holidays. No vacation. 365 days working. HR is totally fake personality , fake HR policy, Gratuity is promised but anyhow u will be out of university politics to save gratuity pay, cost cutting every time and staff forced to resign.

Lack of leadership, mismanagement, low and late salary, rude attitude of top leaders of the university, workload burden, egoistic provost, no HR support, poor academic. Neither best nor good university, think twice before joining, mis management of leadership roles of the university

1. HR Policy is good. Provision of PF & Group Mediclaim policy are really appreciable. 2. Employee may have 3 CL in a month & total 36 holidays in a year 3. Free Transport.

Dislikes

1. Lacking of good leadership 2. Salary delay (May be upto 4-5 months) 3. Salary Deduction 4. No Sufficient Infrastructure 5. Poor Academic Staff 6. Many teaching & non-teaching staff were fired during pandemic.
