...tudents in the classes, The work culture is very ambient here and very friendly. The management does not disturb much except looks for chances to deduct salary on the basis of dress code, or switching on electrical appliances without being present there or late coming. The company policies are good but there is very little chance of hikes. The more you bargain the better you get. Once you enter, there is no more chance available.

Dislikes

Everything is good here except the salary (it starts from 32k to 45k per month for Asst. professors)

A good place for learning but not salary hike, no basic facilities for staff, even RO water is not available for staff, staff have to pay for parking their vehicle, no regular salary increments, treating like daily wages worker, no job security, no appreciations for good work, no internet facilities for staff even staff have to use their own mobile data for completing the institutional tasks and ultimately staff moves to resignation.

Dislikes

work culture, job security, career growth, appraisal, work-life balance, no respect to staff members, no basic facilities like water cooler, internet, there are many more to write

WORKING FROM 09:00AM TO 05:00 pm ALL OVER THE WORKING FROM TYPING WORK AND ADITIONAL WORK FROM EXCEL AND NAAC WORK TEAM SUPPORTED.

OVERTIME AND LEAVE PROBLEM AND BUS MANAGEMENT FROM STAFF STOPEGE. AND MAIN PROBLEM OF DRINKING WATER ALL STAFF AND STUDENTS...

It was really great to work there , If it will establish at my current living place in Meerut I would love to rejoin there. Good Atmosphere, marveloous growth , loving colleagues, new opportunities and research exposure were the key point over there.

Dislikes

What I feel over there that job security, politics, slow career growth and ignorance of the management towards the issues were the most suppressing points.
