Top Management not aware the harassment level you can not take your own leave

First thing they never provide salary on time.usually hold more than 3 to 4 months. Nobody knows when salary will come in this company. Most of the time they will assign work you on holiday. Poor leadership and management. Extra working hours. TRY to find different organisations if you looking for to join
