Poor company culture, apart from salary no extra benefits, such as canteen, transportation, no skill development program. Lack of basic facilities such as the sitting arrangement of employees etc. Not ready to accept changes in market, stick to old fundamentals.

This company has a lot of opportunity to learn every Department work and somewhat Job security

Work pressure is high and salary growth is very low and also here thinking is that production Department is the only Department which give profit to company

Seniors are very supportive and you can learn lot of things form there.

You hard work is never apriciated. They only value to whom they are ready be puppet. And the policies are worst like, fake promises. Never trust to anyone, whatever on the paper this is only provided they give lollypop and people initialy take but later on they'll show the real face

There is so much to learn , specially for freshers, if you really want to learn then try to do assembly work from hand

Working culture is not good , Salary increment is not good even for skilled engineers , They can even change your department according

ITL persistent research work & their high quality products are worth value. ITL is rather LTI; a learning & training institute for me. Those who want to understand practical & traditional way of working one usually read in books, its a good place.

Poor managerial conditions. Irresponsible ethics towards employee. Work oriented, less humanity.
