You want promotion you should be good at sucking the manager😂 You want awards you should be a known person for the manager. They build a community here of known people and not workplace with diverse people. All other people who are hired are for just to show the client that they are expanding and get money from them. Management values scandalous relationship here and not people who can work smart and have better knowledge on things. Worst company and worst people. My simple advice is, have you seen the reviews for this organisation in Glassdoor, that’s it. No right. That’s because this is not even an organisation that can have reviews in glassdoor. So don’t even think of joining this organisation. Then you might regret about it every single day.

Too much of Micro management and company director wants to drive every thing by him self and no trust on his own employees, promissed incentives will not be paid and rejects paying post gettig billing from clients.
