They don’t know what is corporate culture. Promotions are given based on how good you are in doing politics and blaming others work If you know the Manager before in person then you can be a team lead regardless of the years of experience within one year of joining the organisation No work life balance at all Treats like we don’t have a life out of work The Dev Manager wants to do QA work too, according to him there is no need of a QA team because he can do everything The entire company is such a bunch of demotivating people who favour people they know already and not the people who have knowledge or expertise.
