Salary scale is not revised yet, employee who have been working in the company for many years. Most of the hard working staffs are not getting the reward what's they deserve. Promotion and the increment of the employee depends on how good relation to the project incharge and higher authorities in company. Company is not providing skill development training to the employees. So learning and skill development in this is limited. You can't expect promotion or good increment on basis of hard work or how good job is done by you. Dirty politics is happened between the employee. Shortage of actual team leaders in the company.

A proper construction company that delivers / achieve its target with quality. Projects are awesome and most of them pertains to nation. Management is friendly and understanding Full freedom to work on your own Very good for Freshers to learn work Wonderful working environment. No pressure from seniors if you are good in you work and always boost to work calmly and accurately. Never feel like anybody harassing.

Growth is slow. Compensation is low for fresher and project base employees.

Working culture is good.lots of scope for growth.Teammates or seniors are helpful. salary is not bad for a trainee diploma.there are lots of facilities like accommodations,transportation are available.

Job security is not as expected is training days.We have to work for 12 hrs. a day.
