Just had to share this, I got a 100% hike!

I'm keeping this anonymous because I don’t want to disclose it in real life. After two years without a raise, I successfully negotiated a 100% increase at my current company. I focused on creating significant value and worked in cross-functional teams to learn as much as possible. There were times when I was overworked, but it was all worthwhile. I was confident that it was a mutually beneficial situation. My advice would be to choose your job wisely, create value in the right place, and don't be afraid to negotiate.

Salary was not credited on time I have not received salary on correct date what they said in offer letter my salary date was 10th but they provide salary on 15th some times 20th day of a month.

Their HR never pick the call... If they need any docs they will call but....If You need to ask anything they would never pick the call

...e including HR gives you proper information about the Salary, No Job security. Never gives salary on time. Never gives insurance but amount will deduct from salary. Always trying to sale LIC to employees by HR. Overall time waste company as per my experience in ITCONS.

No Job security at all, when end customer pay them then only itcons pay to his employee and they never ask and talk about employees problems.

Dislikes

Everybody in this company work nonsense like sales of LIC to his employee, Accounts always on leave on salary days, NO HR Policy, NO HEAD in Company.
