My current CTC is ₹7,80,660, which includes a ₹1,32,000 night shift allowance, and my monthly take-home pay is ₹72,133. I have received a new job offer with a CTC of ₹10,67,231, a monthly take-home pay of ₹83,333, and 192 restricted stock units (each valued at $60, vesting 25% after one year and quarterly thereafter). This new position is closer to my home and does not involve night shifts. The offer letter is attached. I have also requested a ₹95,000 monthly salary increase and am awaiting their response. Could someone advise me on whether I should accept the new offer or remain in my current role?

...ale). Policies - It keeps changing as per owner's mood after everyday breakfast. If they hire you saying that your salary will be revised after 3 months, please forget that. Most unethical, uncultured place to work.

The company provide good facilities to each and every employee of the company, people working there are very helpful and friendly.

Dislikes

The company don't know the exact rules and regulations and rights of the employee. They take any action without thinking deeply and the management of the organization is very poor.

This company is good for training purpose. Good for starting career when no one is hiring you.

Dislikes

If you are not performing well in your first month they can put out any time from company. Too short company. No one can take decisions without the permision of CEO of the company. Management is worst.
