Last 7 years I work with ITC Ltd It's beautiful journey And I learn more skills with my seniors and I am enjoy my work

... india But they are not focusing ground level employees, (salesman, PSR, TL,) These employee salary is very low and company not pay travel allowance and food allowance not providing any type of life insurance accidental insurance etc.

Opportunity to work in various fields like category, Brands , channel , operations, HR and overall an excellent training ground. Great ethical company with outstanding work culture (slightly detoriating in last few years thou)

... days. If not corrected , the organisation will find difficult to retain talent. Pay is way below industry .

Toxic Management Poor work life balance High work stress Low salary No promotion/Appraisal Heavy cost cutting (Not even fixing a coffee machine) Too much office politics Managers always plays favourites Every manager has an affair within their teams.

Salary is considerably competitive

Dislikes

Work life balance is terrible. You leaving on time, top management takes it in a manner that you dont have enough work. Late nights are a normal especially for senior management. Appraisals are seriously affected by this.

ITC Limited has very robust processes and standards which act as guard rails for the organization

Dislikes

Over a period of time remuneration is very low as compared to market. Around 8-10 years back company was a pay master, this has significantly affected the quality of work force, standards and services. Work life balance and with time culture of caring and considering employees as assets is is also missing.
