... someone starting out their career as the behemoth deals with lot of categories. Salary at certain level are bit on lower side but additional perks make up for that gap. Culture depends on team you are in and how's your reporting manager.

Job Security is Very High , But is not a good pay master. Will make you beg for promotion. Not at all culturally good if you want to grow in professional career

...ther resigning nor retiring and creating a bottle neck for people down the line. Salary is 60-70% of what the industry is giving. Yearly appraisals are perception based

Last 7 years I work with ITC Ltd It's beautiful journey And I learn more skills with my seniors and I am enjoy my work

... india But they are not focusing ground level employees, (salesman, PSR, TL,) These employee salary is very low and company not pay travel allowance and food allowance not providing any type of life insurance accidental insurance etc.

It's a great organisation to work.Proud to be an employee at ITC.Good environment to work and the policies are good.

...e balance is a big issue here .Can't manage with personal and professional life.Basic Salary compered to other FMCG is very low .

Opportunity to work in various fields like category, Brands , channel , operations, HR and overall an excellent training ground. Great ethical company with outstanding work culture (slightly detoriating in last few years thou)

... days. If not corrected , the organisation will find difficult to retain talent. Pay is way below industry .
