To The ITC Foods Division Bangalore. Subject: Legal Notice for Non-Payment of Salary and Unfair Treatment/Harassment. Dear Sir/Madam, I, am addressing this legal notice to formally bring to your attention the unjust treatment and breach of agreed terms during my short employment tenure at Temp India Staffing Services Pvt. Ltd. This notice serves as a demand for immediate resolution of the matter, failing which I will be constrained to take appropriate legal action. Background of the Issue: 1. Job Offer and Initial Discussion: I was contacted by your company on 25th November 2024 regarding a job opportunity (Call recording attached). During the interview, I clearly mentioned that I reside in Electronic City Phase 2, Bangalore, which is approximately 25 km from your office at Cox Town. 2. Shift Changes and Difficulties in Commute: Upon joining on 9th December 2024, I was initially assigned the 10 AM to 7 PM shift, which was manageable. However, after two days, the shift was changed to 9 AM to 6 PM without prior notice. The shift timing required me to leave home at 6 AM daily, resulting in an exhausting commute of 3 hours one way. Despite raising concerns and requesting to revert to the original shift timing, my request was denied (WhatsApp chats attached). 3. Hostile Work Environment: The company failed to assist with basic gate entry and office formalities, leaving me stranded and subject to unwarranted shouting and unprofessional behavior from supervisors. Mistakes were highlighted without providing adequate support or onboarding guidance, further exacerbating the work environment. 4. Resignation and Financial Impact: I worked diligently for 5 days (9th December to 13th December 2024) under these challenging circumstances. Due to this opportunity, I resigned from my previous organization and am now unemployed, incurring significant financial and career setbacks. Demand for Payment and Compensation: I hereby demand the following: 1. Full payment of salary for the 5 days worked at your company. 2. A formal apology for the unprofessional treatment and breach of agreed terms. 3. Compensation for the financial and career loss caused due to leaving my previous organization based on your offer. Legal Recourse: If the above demands are not met within 7 days from the date of this notice, I will be left with no choice but to: File a formal complaint with the Labour Department under the relevant provisions of the Labour Laws. Initiate legal proceedings in a court of competent jurisdiction for recovery of unpaid wages and damages. Also you have suppress all of given documents either it's sent through email or thought post. I hope you will address this matter promptly and amicably to avoid any further escalation. Yours sincerely,
