Stable salary and jog security.. During the on-boarding try to squeeze more money out of them . They will give money only during joining...

Work-life balance - Good

Dislikes

Poor appraisal culture... Lot of nonsense activities... Outdated applications... Managers are not reachable all the time... Reimbursement amount takes forever... Finance team is not reachable all the time... Small approval will take too much time... Not an ideal place to work...

They won't pay the promised joining bonus, there managers are not well versed plan of implementation simple they do the project implementation like how students write the stand-alone programs, that means they are not interested to do the ground work before start the initial project, they will simply waste the time without hiring the proper resources and they force the Juniors towards work one final day they close the project in front of lob heads stating that Team is not performing well and fire the team

Green campus. If you have a good team, the life will be good.

Work-life balance - Good

Dislikes

No recognition. No pay hike until you put down your paper. Managers always show biscuits don't get trapped. Bargain well before joining because you will get nothing after joining.

Very Big name ITC, but salary wise it's small. People are nice, helping and talented. Lots of opportunities in other departments but in IT not more. Campus is nice, lunch is free and good. Boss is helping. Top management have more talent.

... talented but they don't care about junior employees, leaves taken is very hard. No flexible timings, and finally salary is low.
