Everything is horrible here except work life balance 😆. Shoe polishing company with typical madwadi style, except salary many a things are challenging here.

Didn't give a rs 1 in the name of salary even MR Suraj ( Owner) , just kaam karwana janta hai or paise ke naam par bs hamesha deadline deta hai or kehta hai ki client se paise ayenge isko tabhi salary dega warna mujh wait karna padega or mujh 50 days ho gaye hai kaam karte huey 6th Feb 2025 se 26th March Tak , Suraj ne mujh rs 1 bhi ni Diya or salary isne HR ko nahi di h 2 mahine se bs pakistaniyo ko rakha hua hai isne or unko salary deta hai or india ka paisa bahar pakistan me deta hai. Salary ke naam par clients ka rona rota h ki client Paisa dega toh tumko salary dunga or mujh 50000rs me 14 se 15 hours ek din me kaam karwata tha ye Suraj or salary di ni ja rhi hai is se ek din ki bhi.

Worst ever salary and hike provision... Year after year they keep on defering hikes and when they give, they give peanuts. Few managers are very egoistic although most of them are very good

- Work From Home Options - No Micro management - Salary on time - Reimbursement on broadband charges and ITC products - Job security is relatively better - Work-life balance is very good

Dislikes

- Only 60 days of Bench time - Projects and job role changes frequently - No appraisal communication by managers or HRs - Hike is much much below the market standards - So much manager driven, employees' opinion does not matter or even not considered -Manager's unnecessary monopoly

Likes

Nice location inside Bangalore, but traffic now is a problem. Migration projects are good. Team is dedicated and professional. ITC limited brand benefits is ITC hotel 25% off.

Dislikes

...s negligible. Salary gets delayed by 6 months and no arrears are paid for those. There is no clear communication from HR on the performance rating or from immediate manager and once salary hike is credited we must assume rating. No power of HR and Managers are treated like third class citizen.
