WFH till now! I was recruited during Covid initially as FTE ( contract) for Kolkata Location , after 6 months showcasing my performance they made me permanent to ISA which just got 400 Rs growth!! On top of that my base location was changed to Bangalore without telling me!!

...ay with no Promotion!!! Any how I managed to make it to IS1 but later no growth! Less Technical projects with people doing over shifts , with less pay ...last Year I got 3 percentage and hello I was not only one many more people!! They even fired some as they didn't get projects in Bench... Non technical people just because they have lobby are seating on top positions and ruining careers of Young mind. HRs are of no use here they even don't reply you will find all of them on Instagram rather. Work life balance is more of bit ok that also if u are of same town as the job location!! Promotion and Hike is just expecting penny here if you don't have lobby over here. Technical up skilling is worse they have a portal which there Hr and some guys make courses which is of no value outside. You need to fight for wifi rebursement every month to get automated process manually done to get the money credited in more than 45 days. A point will come when u will stop apply for that due to the lengthy process which they make Internationally. Good clients like ABI already moved out from them seeing there efforts. Less Technical projects and less scope to get a good project infact. If you have any offer from other organisations as well even TCS don't come here. If you are just seating idle don't come here rather upskill and move here u will become rusted iron of no value.

No promotions No hike No projects They shove unnecessary projects onto you despite there are other opportunities in our arena. They don't give attention to employees The reporting manager has no knowledge about what we are doing, as they keep changing. My previous reporting manager soumya somanathan misguided me for project allocation which resulted in not being assigned to any projects when confronted this to the HR Ankita dutta I was told that i was supposed to be checking with resource managers, which till date I have no idea who they are. If not reporting manager, who else do we goto? They have the worst management. No promotions, no hike, no projects as well.

For Freshers is too Good for not an experience person it's too worst. Hike is very less. Work load is too much because they won't hire it any new members in your team. But they want work on time.

Dislikes

Salary part is very bad for experience person but for freshers its fine. They can grow up there knowledge is a systematic manner. For initial setup it will take some time then later on means after 1years.its all fine.
