Company Hod's feels very proud about Harassing there employees mentaly and physically.

Dislikes

1.They will not increase your salary by only 2k Or 3k if you are working for more then 5yrs but at the same time they can hire a new joinee with more salary then the existing employee. 2.HR department is not employee friendly it's management friendly. 3.According to the management if you want leave for any festivals, for the employees below the managerial level in the Hirerachy it's not applicable. 4.HOD's and there assistant have the privilege to eat whenever thay want but the again the employee below the manegrial level not even get a releaver because of the staff crunch in this property. 5.According to the HOD's employees have to follow all the process made by the company but at the same time company will not follow the process made for the employee, for example shift hours policy, so while hiring they will portrait in such a way that employee have to do only 9hours shift, but the scenario is completely different. 6.property is run by 70% of trainees and 30% of employees and at the same time they want to pass all the audits as well by harassing there employees physically and mentally. 7. HR is very supportive in passing the audits for long shift hours and less increments of the employee for the company. 8.HR department is totaly bogus.

...Full of dirty politics. Full discrimination among old and newly recruited staff. People of this company are jealous of others salary. No Job security is there, 24 hours notice period.

No salary hike, No job security, threating statements from management all time, dirty politics, discrimination, payment is made for one unit but working is done by staff for 3 units.

...gement is transparent. There is a huge cafeteria and gaming arcade for chilling. Company policies are good, appraisals are fair and they give good salary .

...l gesture towards his employees that they can provide small appreciation letter. Haven’t got single salary benefit & hike is my 06 years at ITC Maurya, New Delhi. Lots of political activity going on inside hotel.

1 thing salary is One time .

Dislikes

1. HR Doesnt care about staff they r same like politician . They speak about you satisfaction and flexibility but end of time they will do.backfire 2.if you want learn then this property is not good you wasting your time . 3. Shortage in Staff there following culture . 4.Dont expect Off on weekly basis . HR Saying as per rule associate has to get off on after 7 days Compulsory .But Stafff Is working 10 to 12 days after again still they r not getting off . HR also Know this issue .but as per this Unconditional formality staff R Very uch Uncomfortable. So Becarefull while working Under this property.
