...me of Recruitment. Use abusive language, humiliate you, make you doubt yourself. Dont join this company even though the pay looks attractive. No PF facility. Not registered under in India. Toxic work culture, dont let you take your paid leaves. treat their employees pathetic( literally )

... don't want to give the maternity leave, no health insurance. No benefit etc. For bonus every time they promise and then when team achieve they change the rule and terms and conditions.

Nothing as such , in the name of women empowerment they have weird policies I left the company in just few days due to pathetic work environment starting from DAY 1 where they over burden you with lots of articles just in day 1 to read and then give questions to answer them, one is not allowed to even change the company's given individual email password which is again a weird thing It do not makes any sense to expect respect if the seniors cannot give it back. Unusual email etiquettes that don't makes sense at all a suggestion to them would be to train what is required instead of throwing unnecessary articles which cannot be covered b
