As it was my own institute, there was no fear of job security.I myself handled all the jobs at my institute in this way I learnt a lot while teaching kids and found out out so many ways .There was no pressure of higher authorities, so work freedom was there,by performing all the jobs myself, my thinking about teaching become more clear.I found out different ways of teaching to teach different age gp. of childen for their different needs.From all the patents to whom children I taught different courses,I got an excellent feedback.I am thankful to my kids who encourage me to start teaching my different talents at home and luckily by the grace of Almighty for every type of course ,I got an opportunity to teach and with the passage of time I felt it was an opportunity for myself for my growth ,along the way helping the needy brains with my creativity to enhance their creativity Now I am more confident as I found out my own techniques of imparting education.Day by day I am feeling my knowledge ,my capabilities which were getting weak with the passage of time has been awaken up through those classes which I usually took and now I am also taking classes with the name of i create i by Sudha Bajaj an institution for creative education at F 4/ 26 A DLF Phase 1 ,Gurugram 122002, Haryana. I feel with the passage of time ,I can help more and more students academically as well as in their personality development by awakening their hidden creative powers .I think at my age it is always better to occupy ourself without any out side pressure .I think my decision of work for my own is a right decision.I am happy and satisfied.In future perhaps I will teach Chemistry and Biology only for entrances.My growing confidence is my appraisal, hurdles on the way of growth help in deriving new innovative ideas in the field of teaching ,the new ideas are INNOVATIONS.The nine years of teaching taught me how to keep a balance between work and family life.
