Salary Expectations
I am a Social Media Specialist with over 4 years of experience and was earning around 4.5 LPA in my previous role. When I joined my current organization, I discovered that my manager, with just 2.5 years of work experience, was earning a compensation of 7.6 -8.2 LPA (approx). This was quite surprising to me, and it made me question the market standards. I am currently looking to switch roles and, based on my research through Glassdoor and other sources, I am expecting a package of 7-8 LPA. However, many HRs I’ve spoken to feel that even 6 LPA is too high. What should be the ideal salary expectation for someone with my experience in the current market?

They doesn't even have proper hr website. Will never five clarity on anything for all the quires you will get only one response and that is will get back to you. Funniest part is get back never happens No proper Maintenence for pay slips, FORM 16'S etc Nothing is covered in medical insurance They give fake promise to make sure employee joins after that they don't even care about anything They just communicate anything by word will never put them on email or chat or on paper
