Worst organisation to work with. Completely unorganised unethical way of functioning NO FORMAL HR DEPARTMENT Try to avoid joining this company if you can.

Its a good team working for Product development. Its apt for Skill development and learning. Work life balance will be there.

No Career growth in the sense, no promotions or designation changes happens. Performance appraisal not happened on time

If you are working as a consultant then forget family. Need to travel back to back as all projects are based in Middle East specially Saudi. You will have to travel on business or travel visa without having work permit and no work or family visa

ISYX as an organization has no vision, they keep changing business models and hirarkey. Extremely pathetic sales team that as they are not getting any new business hence ISYX keep firing sales team and consultants frequently. Management don't respond on escalation and team keeps suffering at onsite as there is no response from management to client or onsite team. Extremely poor resource planing as there is no resource planing team. Team working in KSA don't get any response for issues they fade as there is no HR team for KSA team. You cannot have a a family life as ISYX rarely gives work VISA so you will keep traveling and will not be able to see your family for 6 months. Many organizations have already blacklisted ISYX in GCC region. Now ISYX is exploring new potentials in African countries and forcing people to travel there. Best part of the organization is that there is no growth prospectus as no appraisal system. HR policy are not consistent as they keep making new policies.

There is nothing great about this org. Stay Away... Business unit head to management & Leadership team has no vision.. No long term future..

No proper planning.. F&Fs are pending for most of former employees including even after leaving org. .. Salaries are getting delayed by three months.. Management isnt serious about either of issues.. No vision... More than 90% employees are hunting jobs in market.. no planning in hiring and firing..
