Isynergy is a really good company for freshers as you will learn a lot being a freshsr. The environment is very cool and flexible timings. There is no leaves issues.

The company will nit pay you much, if you are experienced you should not opt for isynergy. Currently the company does not have many big projects so there is not much career growth.

The management is good and they show confidence in their employees. They allow the employees to grow and take decisions. They give you ample opportunities to learn new technologies and give you challenging tasks.

I cant say I disliked anything at iSynergy. I was a bit disappointed by the increment and performance review process.

Shifting from Bangalore to Hyderabad
I’m working in Bangalore for last 9 years. Currently I got 2 offers. 1. CTS - Bangalore (CTC - 22.7 LPA) 2. Deloitte - Hyderabad (CTC - 24.2 LPA) Is it good move to shift to Hyderabad for Deloitte ? Is it ok to ask the HR if my base location can be changed to Bangalore ? Please share your thoughts
