Based on client site, I like working on projects assigned.

Poor HR culture. They cut salary if attendance marking is missed by manager. Variable amount is high and getting 100% of variable something a big event. F&F average processing time is 6 months. Resource hiring is too slow they take average 6 months to hire a resource. Over all its a worst company I have seen in my career.

Nothing. Worst MNC by my experience. HR is hopeless and so was the VP Naresh Mohan and DGM Harshal Waze.

...professional management specially the Pune HR and Naresh Mohan and Harshal Waze. No one is bothered how hard you work they are bothered about their promotion and salary by buttering.

This is the great experience with all the my team mate. They give me lots of the knowledge about technical as well as out of my field. I enjoyed it very well. Job security is 100%. There is work environment. All over this is fine experience in my life.

The work pressure is high. There is very slow growth. I have working experience 1.7 year but my salary not increment as I want
