its a great experience here, everyone is very helpful even our chairman sir also very kind around us.hospital culture and job security is very satisfactory.

Dislikes

all are good but the most important things is salary which is very poor and the growth is very very slow n work pressure is very high.

...ffs have ANM certificate and rest of the nursing staffs have no any certificate. There is no any job security, career growth, salary / appraisal. Work environment is very poor as well as work life balance . Most of the employees monthly salary less than Rs.6500. Sr. Executive/Executive Salary less than 11000 and 10000 respectively.

I had an experience of handling various types of patients in this hospital. But there are absences of scope of career growth & opportunity , job security, proper working environment in this hospital. Due to these reason, I want to leave that hospital.
