Nothing to like about this company. Everyone are fake over here just try to be good in front of you. From back they will target you .

...t provide (false promises). Fixed shift from 7 to 4:30 . Shift extension daily. No OT pay. No fair increment. No night shift allowances. You will face so much of health issue. Travelling allowance is always rs 2,000 which I don't know why they are playing and for what they are paying in the name of travelling allowances. If you speak anything negative about the company or management they will remove you from the job. Management is very cheap. Very low even if your experience.

I have worked with different companies but this company provides more opportunities in developing the carrier and skills and every manager support in developing the skills..

There is no negative reviews about the company but my suggestion is to maintain the logout timings where every employee is expecting..

Not only in working with teammates, but also in enjoying on occasions, everybody fill that they are one. Irrespective of all other companies, Ispace equally give opportunity to local employees also, and I also like the employee re-hire policy here.
