The Company was good but now their closed their all activities. Even not get last 2 month Salary along with full and final settlement and also they are not clear my PF KYC.

its account department is very bad. he has no knowledge of ground realty.employee and contractor,vender are not happy with account department.project head is nothing in front of account department .company fail his project due to account department. employee full and final not given by the account department. account department never face to client.

Working in Isolux corsan is not an easy job, you have to be very smart in your work in survey department.You have to prepare all data in advance because any time, any day , you have been asked for anything from site office and Head office especially from design section. So because of this thing we are always ready to move in any direction. Nice place to work with spanish team, with new technique , method they are using.

Dislikes

Every one don,t work to work for more than 12 hours, if this kind of happen regularly, that is annoying. but working in survey Department you have to be little calm, because it is part of our job.Company decision is very late, this is the one thing i dislike, rather than every thing is perfect.

Being given a big opportunity to handle the project without close supervision.

Dislikes

Management was secretive on how things were bad for the company, and didn't realized it till it was late. The company was declared bankrupt before the end of the project.
