There is absolutely NOTHING to like about working at ISOLS.

... one month, I realized what a huge mistake it was to join this terrible company. It first started with their own employees complaining about their managers and the company's salary structure which was a huge red flag. Secondly, the manager out of the blue informed me that they are going to make some "budgetary cuts" from the third month of my joining, hence my salary was going to be reduced. I was taken aback as this was not agreed upon in my offer letter and there was no prior cause. Not only that, he wanted me to complete 70,000-1,00,000 words per month to get my reduced salary. Not only was this unachievable but it was highly illegal for a company to not pay the agreed-upon salary. I decided to leave the company after working for extra 7 days where the manager assured me I would get my remunerations but as expected, I never got any salary for those days. To be honest, I am not a disgruntled employee because clearly, this company had a lot of red flags from the beginning and I should have better vetted the company before joining. Hence I implore you to be VERY, VERY CAREFUL before you join this company as not only is the salary negligible but you may not get paid as agreed upon in the offer letter which is highly illegal.

ISOLS Group has been a great platform for me to upscale my skills. I started as a fresher and the way I have been taken forward by the team and seniors cannot be put in words. People writing negative here are the ones who do not understand what it takes to create a team and be a part of a vision. I have learned many things here. I have made mistakes but at the same time I have been given support always to uplift myself. The CEO, other members are visionary who really want to create team and fill team spirit whosoever works. A great place and I want to remain in this Co. always.

Nothing as such. No one is perfect and the Company and its members are always trying to improve.

If it's possible to give negative rating then I will, because in this knowledge does not matter. In this company, job security = 0, management = 0, development = 0, responsible senior = 0. They always need those employees Who can spend extra time in the office but output does not matter. I have spend three years in this office, and I am shocked that what happened in the office. I am sorry for this but I can't see this, they need slave not employees because every employee is the member of the company

Management prefer those employees who can say 24 hours yes sir, even if output Is zero
