... Employee don't have any benefits, everything debit from the employee side only. Salary come in time only. While resignation they will harrass to complete the notice. If not complete they will charge double.🤙

The work pressure is very high and one or two employee got heart attack and dead due to extreme mental and work pressure. no one bother if you will dead. Early coming and late going is the only key to get success in ISGEC. Job security is very low more than 90% new joined employee left ISGEC within 6 months that's why you will vacant position in this firm every time.

1. Work life balance. There is specific time one needs to work. 2. Work load is such that one can complete job and leave office on time. 3. People here are mixing easily. One can feel that good environment here.

1. Salary is average on delhi NCR. Salary could have been better. 2. There shall be training on technical as well as HR related topic. 3. One good canteen facility is not there.
