The work pressure is very high and one or two employee got heart attack and dead due to extreme mental and work pressure. no one bother if you will dead. Early coming and late going is the only key to get success in ISGEC. Job security is very low more than 90% new joined employee left ISGEC within 6 months that's why you will vacant position in this firm every time.

Resignation policy is stupid.They deduct twice basic salary per month . notice period is three months. They torture employees.Third class approach. They play with employees career.ruthless and emotional less policies. Think about your family before joining lucrative offer. No increment . high politics .....

The Salary very low after working with so much dedication, honestly and giving 9 years to the company. 28k salary per month. As per 11 years experience. I was ashamed even to tell about salary. Freshers take good salary better than me.
