I had worked here as Tech lead. I had worked for 5 years. Growth here is very good. Team members were helpful. They also had team picnics once in a year. Appraisal is strictly based on performance but better then most companies. Official Timings: 10:00 - 6:30 (Flexible) Work days: Monday - Friday

Dislikes

The only cons is that being a small company it wasn't able to handle locked down. (We had big salary cuts). But still they had provided total WFH from that point of time.

I don't think so there are major drawbacks while working with ISG. Everything is good enough.

Frankly speaking job in ISG is not secure, some level management is not good, as different rules for different employees are applicable. Recently company has changed the policies, earlier policies was good, new polices are not worth.

Dislikes

The work pressure is very high. Need to work on weekends and even on week days working hours was 15-16 hours. Managers do not value individual strength. I do received appreciation emails from client but not from ISG. Also there is not on job training induction for new employees.
