One things I always wanted while working in the private sector is getting paid on time. I have been working with iServeU for almost 3 years now, and I am pretty convinced with the fact that the company does take the financial needs of the financial needs of the employees seriously. There are 3 things, a) Getting paid in accordance to your experience and skills b) Timely distribution of salaries and c) Timely and suitable appraisals, iServeU management gives importance to all of these.

Occasional work pressure when work deadlines approach.

...iendly and cooperative, often eliminating the "Junior-Senior" attitude Barrier . The salary is also paid on time with very rare delays, that too only faced during Covid lockdown.

Working with various fintechs and banks has improved my knowledge and been good for my overall career. As for growth opportunities, it is fair here. Promotions are based on skills and performance, so you know if you work hard, you will get rewarded for it. I was also fresher when I started, and now, just two years later, I am a TL.

Sometimes you might be asked to put in some overtime, which is pretty normal in our line of work.

Nothing to like in this company ,Very cruel Hr people, Fake commitment.

Fake commitment , Cruel Hr team, They should have sacked from company. Putting Bond for all the employee , privately ,and taking sign by saying this is just joining formalities. Think 10000 times before you join, Don't spoil your career.
