I am working in ISCON Balaji food last 4yr , this is best company for the work and life balance, and also culture and management are very good

Basically I am one thinking don't like in IBF, company salary structure not change as per the Market senerio, e.g competitor company given salary to executive 7-8 lakh ISCON offer to him 4-5 lakh , same ASM, McCain ASM package 18-20 lakh same ISCON 8-15 lakhs , over-all experience so good,one more think no annual meet.

I would like to expressing the Concern about the lack of a Strong organization culture and Inadequate work analysis in my current company, as well as tendency to assign important roles based on personal connections rather 5hwn competency these issues can have negative implications for employee satisfaction. productivity and overall organization performance.

There is no salary criteria. The people those who are not skilled are given more salary in comparison with the skilled and experienced candidates. This demotivate the Competent candidates.

Job Security, Abusive Language, If you raise your voice with MR DINESH SHARMA. he will make your live hell. I raised voice so I faced. after serving notice period this company will not pay your full and final settelement. few people tried to give written complaint to HR but no action even company threw him out from organization
