Job Security, Abusive Language, If you raise your voice with MR DINESH SHARMA. he will make your live hell. I raised voice so I faced. after serving notice period this company will not pay your full and final settelement. few people tried to give written complaint to HR but no action even company threw him out from organization

In Corona pendamic time company took care us. Also in any family emergency company help us.

Company needs to improve for canteen facility. Also company should arrange get together celebration to know each other and for team building. Also should arrange a team outing for employee refreshment and for knowledge sharing.

Overall working culture is good.

Lack of response from higher level managers. No quick decision done to retain customers. Overall company working culture is ok but the person who is handling the place is not worth candidate. And company will be in stagnant mode. Even after 7 month of leaving job company is not settling the FNF which is more disappointing.
