Previously it was like a heaven working here way back in 2021, people were non political in nature. They used to focus on work and not playing mind games.

It is all about mind games, playing dirty office politics All the leadership team is trying to play dirty with you and not pay your dues on time

I have been with iSchoolConnect for nine months, and my experience has been very positive. We follow a hybrid working system where we work in the office for three days and from home for two days. I appreciate the direct communication culture within the company; you don't have to adhere to a specific hierarchy to communicate with upper management. I believe this is one of the most admirable aspects of the company.

Dislikes

We have a small team, but the work distribution is uneven. Sometimes we need to accelerate tasks, which compromises the quality of our work.

Most of the things like : Less leaves, job security is in negative, micro management, work satisfaction is very low { different tech stack every 2 months}, Salaries are low and no promotions are given.

It has a cutting-edge artificial intelligence technology stack. iSchoolconnect provides a flexible working environment. Employees are eager to learn and collaborate with each other.

Dislikes

Nothing much to dislike about. It is fast growing organization in fast fast-moving education technology space, with it's own challenges. Suitable for people who are self starters and eager to learn.
