Store Manager is cooperative person.

Salary delay and no proper communication from HR. Learning is very less. You have to implement process that What you learned from previous company only. No proper SOP is there for store operation. Inefficient supporting staffs engaged in store. In my tenure I have faced one person is there and he completed 25 years with MD and he argued to complain against me with MD for a single argument.

Very Bad company, Salary cut without any reason. If you want to left this company forget about your salary. Company Salary nahi degi. Dictatorship type company hey. Attendance miss hua to maafi nama manga leti hey.

Company create mental pressure for staff.Hr policy not good for employees. Main aim of company is Salary deduction for staff & driver. Warning letter & termination is basic rules of isc project

...oyees people who don't care get terminated but even they get two three warnings. Salary is always on time. - the upper management is strict and expects quality and timely execution but they have also been very understanding when it comes to personal issues. They allowed me paid eaves when I had some emergency.

Timings are very strict. Have to wrok late sometimes.
