New offer. Confused.
My current CTC is ₹7,80,660, which includes a ₹1,32,000 night shift allowance, and my monthly take-home pay is ₹72,133. I have received a new job offer with a CTC of ₹10,67,231, a monthly take-home pay of ₹83,333, and 192 restricted stock units (each valued at $60, vesting 25% after one year and quarterly thereafter). This new position is closer to my home and does not involve night shifts. The offer letter is attached. I have also requested a ₹95,000 monthly salary increase and am awaiting their response. Could someone advise me on whether I should accept the new offer or remain in my current role?

It,s Italian group subsidiary and it caters many products from parent company.Now a days company going through rejig in top management because to prevent gaps in . The company is also planning to bring more products and to enhance turnover 1000 cr.The company caters two bio-products , Four technical products and more than 50 agro formulation in indian market. The company is having grass route level structural from production to market to cater the products.The company is already supplying products in Asia to Europe also, The company is providing Canteen , transport for to and fro at home and also industry average salary. Here everyone have to learn at his own.

Due to the Gap between top Management at present job security and work environment is poor and the same impacts on life Balance.But the situation is temporary and once the Gap is filled up the lapse will automatically changed with certain ups and downs.At present HR is very poor and no any Training Arranged upgrade knowledge upgrade and this also impects on work environments.
