iRise is the good company but HR Management very chip. They didn't response if any employees give to solve his problems. Always think about make small problem to big. If any employee give Resign And sarve his notice period process after that any employees not take notice period mony from compny.

This company is very bad. The owner of this company does not trust his employees. He is in love with a crazy English man or you can say that the owner is proud of his money. A company with such thinking can never win and where there is politics.

Terrible as hell. Would recommend to find a different place to work.

Finance is their only priority, they deduct funds if an employee owe them, but if they owe something to the employee they will ignore it.
