My experience working at IRIS is quite exciting. The client am working with is very supportive and offers you very learning opportunities. Work life balance is also good, and the support during pandemic time is awesome from IRIS.

Been a year here but everything is fine. But there maybe dislikes if you are not in a good project with a good client. But I feel blessed to have a good project and good client so no dislikes as of now.

Salary Negotiation in an interview
Hi, I have had a first round of interview with the company. And mentioned my salary expectations as 15- 20% from my previous LPA. But after that I feel like I have undervalued my expectations. Being in the field for 9 years with the required skill, considering the market and the prospect company is a well known builder, i should have asked more. Anyway a face to face interview is scheduled next week. How to ask them a higher salary from what I have mentioned earlier. And how much I can ask more. Please help. Thanks in advance.
