... to a project (tech-stack wise); and the HR/Onboarding team is quite helpful. Permanent WFH, employee-centric policies, better compensation - a few pros. I shall update this review in a few months but my gut says there'll be more pros than cons.

There are so many wonderful things about working for IRIS. Specially the flexibility I have here with the work location, time and better compensation. I admire the Iris's work ethic and culture. The policies are employee centric.

This company always have budget issue during appraisal. Once you joined don't expect yearly promotion or salary hike.people are here from part 2 year not getting any hike. Company won't care about individual. I won't recommend anyone else to work in this company
