I was working at Iris corporate solutions Pvt Ltd in Gurugram Haryana they have deducted my 5 day salary on the name of notice period as per they I had not served there 30 Day notice period but how they approved my resignation. Such a big cheap cheater Wrost company also at the same time of my resignation 12 employees resigned on the same day.

I am not working with iris during COVID-19

Dislikes

There is no work culture, no work life balance, no job security. Everything is in the hand of middle management. Top management should not be depend on middle mgmt only they should have one on one with their employees to know about the reality...why they are loosing talants and business too.
