Company salary and bonus are the worst, there is no work-life balance, No casual leaves No provisional leaves, No Hr policies maintained, work hours are hectic, and if you take leaves in certain situations they deduct your salary. The company maintains a no work policy. There are no medical benefits provided by the company.
